Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please submit a return request through your HIKARI LAB customer account or order page. You may also contact us at kaji@hikarilab.co if you need assistance.

Please do not send products back without prior approval. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HIKARI LAB LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost or not received.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
