Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To start a return, please email kaji@hikarilab.co to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, securely package the item and send it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 days. You will be notified by email once completed.
