Use of Products

By purchasing from Hikari Lab. LLC, you agree to use all products safely and in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided. Our products are intended for lawful use only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and use these products in your location.

Hikari Lab. LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care and safety instructions, including those related to candle use. By purchasing, you agree to release and hold Hikari Lab. LLC harmless from any claims arising from the use of our products.

Return Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email kaji@hikarilab.co to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hikari Lab. LLC is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.
